Disney Store has a new addition to their Fairytale Designer Collection – Pocohontas + John Smith!
As with other Fairytale Designer Collection doll sets, there is a global limited edition of 6000, and the dolls come with a certificate of authenticity. The set also includes a special Disney Fairytale Designer Collection gift bag as a special treat! Purchase of the dolls is limited to one per customer, or ‘guest’ as Disney puts it!
So head over to Disney Store and check out these beautiful dolls…..and who knows, maybe you’ll purchase one for your collection! 🙂
Disney Store debuted a new set of Fairytale Designer Collection dolls recently, featuring the beautiful Princess Tiana and handsome Prince Naveen from the Disney film ‘Princess and the Frog’.
The dolls retail for $129.95, have a global limited edition of 6000 and include a Certificate of Authenticity. Purchase of the dolls is also limited to one per guest.
With the purchase, you will also receive a special Disney Fairytale Designer Collection Gift Bag (seen in the third photo to your left). Not that you would really be giving these dolls away as gifts! These are definitely keepers for any collector!
As of right now these beautiful dolls are STILL available on the Disney Store website. So hurry and grab them before they are gone! With many limited edition collectors items that Disney puts out, they will probably not last long. While Tiana doesn’t evoke the same craziness that Elsa or Anna is currently experiencing, these are still beautiful dolls that any collector will most definitely want!
And c’mon, with the free gift bag, it’s almost like they’re giving these things away……. ❤
Wow. Wow. Wow.
These are so cute!
This morning, Disney Parks Blog announced a new set of character inspired mugs, reminiscent of the ear hat ornaments and most recently, shoe ornaments Disney has been releasing.
The princess mugs include Cinderella, Belle, Ariel, Jasmine, Rapunzel, Aurora and Snow White.
Villan mugs include Ursula and the Queen of Hearts. New Evil Queen and Malificent mugs have also been released, but are not sculptured in the same vein as these mugs. The body of the mug is more like a regular mug. But still stunning, nonetheless!
The mugs will be released to select merchandise stores at Disneyland and Disney World very soon. They will also be available for purchase at Disney Store online sometime in May.
My personal favorite is the Rapunzel mug. Any favorites for you?
Disney’s Oscar Award winning animated feature film ‘Frozen’ has grossed more than $1 Billion at the box office in less than four months. This makes Frozen the 18th highest grossing film of all time.
Let’s say that again: OF.ALL.TIME.
And the second highest grossing animated film after Toy Story 3. Not that I’m surprised. I felt the movie was incredible, the scenery was beautiful and the characters left something for everyone to enjoy. Both my kids are still talking about the movie and singing the songs. Ok, I’ll admit it, so am I.
The good news: Disney is already in talks for a sequel and producing a Broadway show based on the film.
The bad news: Merchandise is hard to find at most stores (I am finding, at least). Have you checked e-bay lately? People are selling items for double, triple and even quadruple what they paid for them (not to mention what they’re really worth after the enormous ‘mark up’).
As Elsa would say…..”Let it go”…..
